All specialists must have a high degree of competency in the area for which they are applying. Specialists teach and lead their specialized activities to groups of kids of all ages. Specialists also help supervise campers and assist with all-camp events, overnight camp-outs and unit activities. Lifeguards teach, lead and supervise all swimming and pool activities. Lifeguards also maintain pool chemicals and surrounding areas. Current Lifeguard Training is required, WSI or equivalent desired. Salary ranges from $300 - $400 a week + room & board. Minimum age is 18. Start date July 3, 2009 and completing July 31, 2009.
