All specialists must have a high degree of competency in the area for which they are applying. Specialists teach and lead their specialized activities to groups of kids of all ages. Specialists also help supervise campers and assist with all-camp events, overnight camp-outs and unit activities. Archery specialists teach archery in a fun and safe manner to campers and maintain the archery range & equipment. NAA Level 1 instructor certification required. Minimum age is 18 years old. Salary is $300 a week + room and board. The position starts July 3, 2009 - July 31, 2009.
